1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using attarex.pk ("the Website"), operated by Ejaz-ur-Rehman ("Attarex", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website. You must be at least 18 years old, or be using this site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order.

2. Website Usage Rules

By using this Website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Pakistani law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or customer data
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce site content for commercial use without permission
• Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content through our contact channels
• Place fraudulent orders or misuse our Cash on Delivery service

3. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our Website is an offer to purchase. Receiving an order confirmation message or email does not guarantee that your order has been accepted — it is confirmed only once we dispatch the item. Attarex reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock errors
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity
• Inability to deliver to the provided address

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Attarex reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will inform you before dispatching if this affects your order.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In case an item you ordered is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative, a back-order, or a full refund.

6. Payment Terms

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets, as shown at checkout.
• For prepaid (online payment) orders, your order will be processed and dispatched only after payment is successfully verified.
• For COD orders, we reserve the right to call/message you to confirm the order before dispatch.
• All online payments are processed through secure, licensed third-party payment gateways. Attarex does not store your full card details.

7. Delivery Limitations

• Delivery timelines communicated at checkout or by our team are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not the responsibility of Attarex.
• We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address and a reachable phone number.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including but not limited to the Attarex name and logo, product photography, text, graphics, and design — is the property of Attarex / Ejaz-ur-Rehman and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws of Pakistan. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

• Fragrance perception can vary from person to person due to individual skin chemistry, body temperature, and personal preference. We do not guarantee that a fragrance will smell identical on every individual.
• Customers with sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies are advised to perform a patch test before full use. Attarex is not liable for allergic reactions arising from misuse or failure to patch-test.
• To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Attarex's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that specific product.
• Attarex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this Website or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to These Terms

Attarex may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
